If you have special or differnet shipping information that may require us to go outside our system please send us an email to orders@planetcyclery.com and we'll get in touch with you as soon as we can.
- We offer free shipping to all US states. Most items ship USPS Priority within 1-2 Business days.
- No taxes will be applied to any orders outside of Colorado.
- International shipping rates will apply.
- Planet Cyclery will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damaged or destruction of the items or materials purchased by the customer.
- All returns and exchanges must be recieved within 30 calender days in new, unused, saleable condition.
- To return an item email Returns@planetcyclery with your order number and the reason you are returning the item and we will respond as quickly as possible with an RMA.
- The customer is responsible for paying for the cost of returning the item, unless the wrong item was received or the item was damaged upon arrival.
- The customer is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of the item(keeping the tracking no.).
- Upon receiving the item we will inspect it and if it qualifies for return we will replace the item, Refunds are also available and we will credit the amount to the payment method used during purchase.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns.
